Robert has been a registered architect with the Alberta Association of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada since 1979. With over 33 years of practical experience, Robert’s design skills and technical expertise have been acknowledged by his peers with awards as recognition of excellence in architectural design.

Wes is a registered Architect in the State of California and has re-located back to his hometown of Lethbridge, Alberta. He has 25 years of experience in the field of architecture, planning and design. As a senior member of UCLA Capital Programs, Design and Construction, Design Group, he was responsible for establishing fundamental design and problem solving approaches to programmatic and space issues for the creation of the Physical Master Plan and architectural design of the UCLA Campus. The Design Group conducted feasibility studies for major capital improvement projects by defining the needs and project goals. Wes’s graphic background allowed him to develop and coordinate all major planning and architectural presentations to the University of California Regents, State and Federal agencies, the agencies that make up the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), business community, home owner associations, neighborhood interest groups and the UCLA Community. His survey background allowed for the Coordinating and reviewing topographic, plannimetric and aerial surveys.
Wes’s architectural technology education enabled him to develop construction strategies (phasing, contractor areas and access routes) with Construction Management Division to optimize opportunities between other construction projects, landscaping plans and projects and infrastructure projects. Identifying construction impacts and developing mitigating measures to provide for a safe Campus environment during construction
Wes spent 4 years providing similar programming, planning and design services in the area of Medical Design for the firm Brubaker Stuckey Architects in Chicago Illinois. Following Wes continued in planning and designing with additional focus on programming completing a 1300 student Middle School Modernization and the programming and conceptualization of a 2600 student new High School in Los Angeles, California. He also programmed and planned the LA Pierce College – South Campus Master Plan and a new Technology Building.

Danny Kain has a varied and strong technical skill background. Danny worked in an architectural component of a manufacturing industry, combined with his drafting skills and project management skills, and brings a wealth of knowledge from the construction field.
For the last 12 years he has worked on educational, preservation and industrial projects of all sizes. Working closely with the principal Architect has allowed him to learn the principles of conservation, and combined with superior organizational skills, is a potent mix that creates efficient and timely successful projects for the client. Through this experience, Danny has gain attained a professional level of proficiency in the areas of building technology and construction management skills. His attention to details and conformance to the construction documents, schedules and specifications is highly regarded by all of the clients he has had the opportunity to work with.
The accuracy of documentation that Danny incorporates into the projects demonstrates his attention to the importance of an accurate and understandable set of contract documents from which to work from. Danny’s skill in communicating with both the contractor and the client as the owner’s representative is a strong asset to add to any project.
