Raymond Community Centre
The two phase rehabilitation of the existing historic Raymond Alberta LDS Stake began with a complete conversion from a Church to a Community Centre. The Centre features town administration offices, theatre, library, museum and meeting spaces. Retaining the rich character of the building and providing an efficiently organized centre for the Town of Raymond were carefully incorporated into the scope of the first phase of the rehabilitation project. The second phase directly addressed the restoration of the exterior building condition.

The building exterior restoration was carefully supervised to ensure that the intervention to this historic place was done in a manner that respected its heritage value. This was accomplished through accurate and exact construction documentation of the project and thorough construction administration.
